- What is The Lead Locker?
- The Lead Locker is a B2B prospect data marketplace and custom list builder. Businesses configure targeting criteria, receive a quote for availability and pricing, and download the completed dataset through their account.
- Who can purchase leads?
- The Lead Locker sells to businesses. An account requires business details, and purchasers are responsible for ensuring their use of the data complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- What is the minimum order?
- 1,000 records. Quantities are ordered in increments of 1,000.
- How quickly are lists delivered?
- Most lists are delivered within 24–48 hours depending on size and targeting.
- Can I target by state?
- Yes. State targeting is supported across the catalog.
- Can I target by county?
- Yes. County targeting is supported across the catalog.
- Can I target by city or ZIP?
- City and ZIP targeting are subject to availability and are confirmed during availability review.
- What fields are available?
- Field availability is set per dataset. Each product page lists the fields configured for that dataset under Available Data Fields.
- How fresh is the data?
- Freshness options are Fresh / Recent, 30–90 Days and 3–6 Months, where those tiers are configured for the dataset. Each delivered dataset carries a freshness classification.
- Are The Lead Locker lists exclusive?
- Exclusivity terms are defined per dataset and recorded on the quote and order. The applicable terms are shown before payment.
- How does quoting work?
- You submit a configuration from the list builder. The Lead Locker reviews record availability and returns an available count, price, delivery estimate and expiration date.
- How long is a quote valid?
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they are issued.
- What format will I receive?
- Completed files are delivered as CSV or XLSX.
- How does the replacement guarantee work?
- Eligible records containing validated inaccurate contact information may be submitted for replacement within 14 days of delivery. Replacement covers eligible data-quality issues, not sales outcomes.
- Can I reorder a previous audience?
- Yes. Order Similar List copies the targeting configuration from a previous order and submits it as a new availability and quote request. Previously delivered records are not resent.
- How are my leads delivered?
- Files are attached to your order and downloaded from the Download Center in your account. Access is restricted to the account that placed the order.
- Can I build a custom list?
- Yes. Use the list builder for any targeting combination, including specialty requests that do not match a standard product.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Card payments are processed through Stripe when you accept a quote. Payment configuration is finalized before ordering opens.
