1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use closely related technologies such as browser local storage, which works in a similar way. This policy describes what we use them for and how you can control them. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary. Sign-in and session management, keeping you authenticated as you move between pages, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery, load balancing and basic security. These cannot be switched off within the service; without them you cannot sign in or reach your account files.
• Preferences. Remembering interface state such as an in-progress list configuration in the builder, filters applied to the catalog, and dismissed notices. These exist to save you repeating work and are not used for advertising.
• Measurement. Where enabled, aggregate statistics about how the service is used — pages viewed, errors encountered, general performance — so we can maintain and improve it. We use this in aggregate and not to build advertising profiles.

We do not use cookies to sell your information, and we do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

3. First-party and third-party cookies

Most cookies we use are first-party cookies set by The Lead Locker. Some are set by service providers that support the platform, specifically our authentication and infrastructure hosting providers and, at the point of payment, our payment processor. Those providers set cookies only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

4. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period so that you are not signed out or asked to reconfigure preferences on every visit; authentication cookies expire when the session expires or when you sign out.

5. Managing cookies

You can accept, reject or customize optional cookies when the notice first appears. You can change that choice later by selecting Cookie preferences in the website footer. Most browsers also let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings, and offer a private browsing mode that discards them at the end of a session. You can also sign out to end your authenticated session. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in, request a quote from an account, or download delivered files.

6. Do Not Track

Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track signals and there is no common standard for responding to them. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers, so no such signal is needed to prevent that use.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if our use of cookies changes, and the date at the top of the page will show when it was last revised. Questions can be submitted through the contact page.
