Data quality
Data quality you can evaluate
The Lead Locker publishes the processes that may be applied to a dataset so you can evaluate what you are receiving before you order.
| Process | Description |
|---|---|
| Phone Verification | Phone records may be checked for line status and formatting where the process is configured for the dataset. |
| Email Verification | Email records may be checked for syntax and deliverability signals where configured. |
| Address Validation | Postal address components may be standardized and validated. |
| Duplicate Suppression | Duplicate records within a delivered dataset are removed. |
| Deceased Record Suppression | Deceased indicators may be applied as a suppression step where available. |
| Periodic Updates | Source data may be refreshed on a periodic basis. |
| Applicable DNC / Compliance Screening | Screening steps are applied where applicable to the dataset and requested use. |
| Freshness Classification | Each delivered dataset carries a freshness classification: Fresh / Recent, 30–90 Days or 3–6 Months. |
| Replacement Review | Submitted records are reviewed against the eligible data-quality criteria in the replacement policy. |
Available verification and screening attributes may vary by dataset and source. The Lead Locker does not claim that every process is applied to every dataset. The processes applied to your dataset are recorded on your order.
